MG ZT 260 V8

Aimed at the more extrovert buyers of premium upper medium cars who enjoy direct interaction with a sporting chassis and powertrain, plus lots of Fun!

Marking the exciting return of the MG marque to the upper-medium sports saloon market, the MG ZT range kicks off with two six-cylinder saloons and their two parallel ZT-T estate car versions. It is 62 years since the big, stylish, MG six-cylinder 2.3 litre SA and 2.6 litre WA saloons had their promising production careers prematurely ended by the outbreak of war in 1939. Until now, there has never been a replacement for a large MG sports saloon at this level. It has been worth the long wait however, because the ZT range offers an outstanding combination of strong sporting character and modern technology.

Two trim levels were originally available with two engine outputs, in four-door saloon, ZT-T estate body styles were to be available later.
